Wow, thank you all for your replies. I guess in the past, doctors and survivors were happy just to be rid of the cancer, the side effects of the surgery were not considered important. Today with improvements in surgical procedures and tracking, we (survivors) expect better results and less side effects. I'm so happy to be rid of the cancer, and regaining control of my bladder, I thank God every day for my life. I have a new out look on life, I'm getting in better physical shape daily, surfing, biking and exercising. With all these improvements since my surgery February 22, 2007 I want to be back to normal and it seems sexual function is going to be the last thing to return and I need to be patient. Based on the different strategies to regain sexual functioning some of you've tried, it seems the doctors aren't sure of the best way to get it back either. I try to get it up daily, hoping to get that feeling back, but so far nadda, sometimes it gets me down, so I talk about it with my wife and she's very loving a buy cialis now PENILE IMPLANT - THANKS TO doj, I'M ON MY WAY!

Hi I am another self-loather I am 37 and was diagnosed with type 2 when I was 19. I lived the next 17 years in TOTAL denial that I had diabeties. Like the others have said it does catch up with you. I have had 2 babies in the past 3 years and therefore have every reason to live and be able to see. I too have had eye issues, thankfully Im not blind, but my sight is DEFINATALEY being affected. I actually go to see a specialist on Monday to have some dye put in my eye balls to check for haemorages etc. They have found a few small spots on my right eye and my vision has been getting blurry on and off the past few weeks. Needless to say I am ABSOLUTELY terrified IT DOES AND WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU ! I still to this very day HATE the fact that I am diabetic and curse everyone and everything for it and say WHY ME ? I too am not always good and eat crap. This has affected me to the point that I now suffer anxiety/depression and panic attacks as I am so frightened that the 17 yrs of totally pretending I dont have King viagra I took Cialis for the first time last night and I woke up with a huge sinus pressure headache. Is it ok to take Tylenol or Sudafed to treat these side effects? Moteur sp cialis cuisine

No generic Cialis? Viagra's ad campaign with smiling bob Fantasies Hey All, Back from the uro yesterday (and after flunking shot cocktail, like number 9 or something), been prescribed a new "treatment" for my (congenital venous) leakage. The doc had floated the option before (it happens to coincide with research he's done), but I held off for 1) outright fear of its possible physical consequences short or long-term and 2) because I wanted a second opinion from an endocrinologist (hormone doc). Well, after reading the bloodwork results from the latter (who does not recommend the treatment btw), the former has raised the treatment option again, and this time with (slightly) more confidence it should/could have some effect. The "treatment" then is for me to take Clomid, a medicine that stimulates (increases) the body's own natural production of testosterone. My bloodwork showed somewhat lower total and other levels than than "expected" (I place that in quotations, as my levels were within the range of normal, but at the lower end) for an otherwise healthy 28 year old. Moreover, the fact I have exactly zero spontaneous function (I don't get har 1000 d and then lose it from leakage as is seemingly more common; rather I can only acheive my sad 20 - 40% hardness from direct, watchin' some really good porn-kinda stiumlation, and then only for mere seconds); uro believes that suggests a hormone deficiency somehow. So I have my Clomid, 50mg daily for two weeks, followed by new bloodwork to gauge my production increase and of course, hopeful increase in function. Uro doesn't think extra testosterone will have any effect on the leak itself (it is a physical leak afterall), but rather the boost may spurn improved bloodflow, response to stimulous (which I think means I'll be xtra horny) and general feeling of well-being. I haven't yet taken that first pill.Question to the board then is "what y'all think?" Anybody been similarly prescribed such meds for erectile dysfunction (or even heard of such a treatment regime)? And has anybody heard of Clomid or any negative side effects therefrom? My research says there should be none (other than perhaps mild mood swings and the aforementioned libido increase), but I still have fears of baldness, acne or similar. Help? Any advice is as always, very much appreciated. Cialis soft gel You're dealing with this from the wrong angle. Masturbation is not the cause, it's the effect. You need to deal with the cause - PORN. Stop watching as much porn, and your masturbation habits will go down. Once you start watching porn, it's already too late. But like others have already said though, masturbatiing is normal, it's not reasonable to expect yourself to completely stop it, but if you want to reduce it, think about what I just said. Girls do it too, I'd tell you a fact but it's also one of my best pick up lines lol
